Control and quality

Cegedim core business is to develop software and services sustained by engineering and project management best practices. This is why the quality policy of the group has been supported by our continuous improvement process originated by the best practices of the CMMI which certification was performed in 2007.

The quality of our operations on the data of our clients is supported by operational controls that are put into practice based on the ITIL and ISO 20000 standard. This is applied especially to the data and application hosting services delivered by our IT, and of course to the infrastructure management.

To enhance the robustness of these key services, key IT department resources have an ITIL certification. Moreover, the Cegedim Group has been certified on international standard ISAE3402/SSAE16 for its data hosting services. (Certification Reports).

Security policy

Data and Information Systems security is a key element of our strategy to gain the trust of our customers and partners towards our services. This field is supported by a group security policy and operational procedures are subject to regular quality control and continuous improvement process aligned with the ISO 27001 standard.

The Cegedim Maturity Model

Based on its proven experience on market standards, the Cegedim group has developed its own customized model called CgMM - Cegedim Maturity Model, in order to offer to customers both a quality of service and a cost level that are scalable per region and consistent with SLAs. This model has been adapted from standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ITIL and CMMI. This model, based on pragmatic approach, describes the objectives, activities and key performance indicators.
