For sustainable growth and harmonious development
The Code of Ethics was updated by end of 2017. It reaffirmed our ethical commitment and factors in new laws and regulations on business conduct. It is also meant to be easier to use and more educational as it now includes concrete examples.
Cegedim has set up the ethics@cegedim.com ethics alert line, which enables any employee or outside party to inform the Group confidentially and securely of any ethical concerns. Reports are handled confidentially under the supervision of
the Group's Ethics Committee, which ensures that there are no sanctions or reprisals against the person making the report. This principle is described in the
Code of Ethics.
