Cegedim Compact

Compliance program launched in the Cegedim Group at the behest of its senior management.

It is based on the Global Compact of the United Nations.

Sustainable development is naturally a part of Cegedim Group’s international strategy as it seek to contribute to:

  • issues of social equity, with respect to its employees and local communities in the 11 countries where the Group operates
  • environmental conservation, by minimizing the environmental impact of Group activities
  • economic efficiency


The Cegedim Compact includes 12 principles:

  • 1-Eliminate all forms of forced and compulsory labour
  • 2-Condemn work by children under the age of 15, except for training
  • 3-Eliminate all unlawful discrimination with respect to hiring and job performance
  • 4-Promote individual success
  • 5-Ensure a favorable working environment at all company sites
  • 6-Promote local employment and respect local laws
  • 7-Take initiatives in favor of more responsible environmental practices
  • 8-Fight corruption in all forms
  • 9-Guarantee the security of the Group's assets and those of its clients
  • 10-Ensure the confidentiality of client data
  • 11-Respect Data Privacy Laws at the global level
  • 12-Control travel
